Our FridayFocus sessions are designed to provide an enriching opportunity to gain new knowledge and insights from your peers. This month, we're diving into the ways in which we can measure morale in our workplace.

We know that one of the best ways to gauge morale is by conducting a survey or gathering employee feedback. Ask your people about their work environment, your management style, and company culture to determine if they are happy. More importantly, ask them if they feel the company is living up to its purpose and mission.
There are other ways, however, where you can chart the improvement or decline in morale as a KPI on an on-going basis!

We will kick off the discussion with:

What ways are you measuring the morale of your workforce?
What works and what doesn’t?

You will need: A computer with video and audio capability so you can engage effectively with other attendees.

Registrations close 8 hours prior to event date.
Registrations are based on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
