Our 2024 Friday Focus sessions are topic related and an opportunity to discover new knowledge and insights from your peers.

In this 45-minutes focus session we will explore the very important topic of improving supportive leadership within mental wellness. 

It's widely recognised that the Australian workforce is grappling with a range of mental health challenges that not only affect individual well-being but also have a significant impact on overall productivity. In light of this, what implications does this situation hold for leaders within your organisation, and how do relevant leadership behaviours come into play?

Come along and engage, learn, and connect with your peers in industry.

We will start the discussion with:

• Why is employee mental wellness important?
• What leadership behaviours should we be doing to support mental wellness in our business?

You will need: A computer with video and audio capability so you can engage effectively with other attendees.

When do I need to register by?
Registrations close 8 hours prior to event date. 
Registrations are based on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
