Our FridayFocus sessions are designed to provide an enriching opportunity to gain new knowledge and insights from your peers. This month, we're diving into the topic of ‘Working from Home.’
Working from home is one form of flexibility in working arrangements that may assist workers to juggle work and non-work commitments. However, it may also provide a pathway for greater intrusion of work into family life and for added work-related stress.

Is Working from home working?

Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, the topic of ‘working from home’ was seen as ‘desirable’ but too hard to administer, but then we had no choice.
There have been many learnings in the past 5 years. So, what have we learnt?
Share and discover what other organisations are doing to manage ‘Working from Home’ and discuss the benefits and pitfalls that go with it.
We want you to engage, learn, and connect with your industry peers in this focused 45-minute session.

We will kick off the discussion with:

What are the issues with ‘Working from home’?
What are the benefits of ‘Working from home’?

You will need: A computer with video and audio capability so you can engage effectively with other attendees.

Who should attend?
This event is ideal for all leaders within our membership.

When do I need to register by?
Registrations close 8 hours prior to event date.
Registrations are based on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
There are no allocated seats with membership.
