Tantric Hatha

A traditional Hatha practice from the tantric tradition. Each session works cumulatively to create a powerful, resilient physical, emotional, mental and energetic system. The practice is intentional, incorporating physically and energetically activating poses interwoven with restorative work, leaving the body and nervous system deeply restored and fundamentally recalibrated.
