Fridays in the Garden - Art Playgroup Altona
Event description
Altona's art playgroup run by Tegan Farrugia (that meets Tuesdays) will also be running a garden session on the last Friday of each month.
We'll be outside, in a fenced off garden which is part of Louis Joel Arts and Community Centre in Altona. This will be
relaxed, with multiple things happening at the same time for the kids to pick and choose what they would like to
do.
Activities will be things like chalk drawing on the ground, window scribbles, painting, practicing using scissors to
cut up leaves and flowers, stamping on plain butchers paper, walking around or finding a quiet place to sit with a
colouring sheet, and more.
It's a combination of nature play, sensory play, process art, and playgroup.
Kids aged 1-5 years old
A monthly art garden session on the last Friday of the month
