Event description

Do you know how to help someone experiencing mental health, relationship or financial challenges? What can you say and do? What support services could you suggest they access?

Join us for an interactive Friend in Need workshop. We will talk about:

• How to have conversations with people who are going through a tough time

• What we can do to help

• Where to find and how to connect to professional supports
