Event description
If you've ever wanted to know what to say to a friend who is struggling, or where to find free help, and be able to practice these skills, then this course might be for you!
Developed by experienced psychologists, counsellors and community service providers, our course follows best practice advice and gets amazing results: 95% of participants reported that they learnt much more, and 95% felt more confident taking action to help a friend in need.
