Gala Trivia Quiz fundraiser for the University Scholarship Program, Aileu, Timor-Leste

The extension of the COVID-19 lockdown announced on 1 September means that the Trivia Quiz fundraiser 2021 can no longer proceed on 23 September and ticket sales have been halted.

Due to the likely continuation of gathering restrictions into October, and possibly beyond, we have reluctantly taken the decision to cancel the event for this year.

Thanks for your interest and support. Refunds will be arranged for all ticket purchasers in the near future.

Apologies for the inconvenience this may cause.

We will advise further about alternative opportunities should you wish to support the Aileu University Scholarship Program., and hope to be able to organise a Trvia quiz event in 2022.

Trivia Quiz with great prizes

Fun Games and Raffle (bring gold coins and small notes)

Live and Silent Auctions (cash, card and EFT payment options)

Prizes donated by Moreland and Hume City Councils, local businesses and community organisations and Friends of Aileu members and supporters

Individual boxed supper, water, tea and coffee provided

BYO alcohol / soft drinks

Please arrive early, say by 6:45, to have time to view Silent Auction Items and so the event can get off to a prompt start

Purchasing tickets:

After entering details for your ticket(s) you can either:

check out and let the organiser assign your seat(s)
choose your seat(s) on one of the tables
search for a friend's name and choose a seat on that table

Please note that the seating layout is indicative only and the organiser may need to re-allocate some tickets to different tables to balance numbers and ensure groups of friends can sit together

If you cannot attend but would like to support the Aileu Scholarship Program you can make a donation for an amount of your choice via Humanitix or by contacting the organiser

If you have relevant symptoms please do not attend

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

You may cancel your own tickets up to 7 days prior to the event
If you wish to cancel less than 7 days out please conact the organiser who will do this for you
The organiser may cancel or re-schedule the event, for example if COVID restrictions require this
Further details and options will be advised if the event is re-scheduled
All cancellations will generate a full refund of ticket price, with the booking fees being retained by Humanitix and applied to the nominated cause
