Gather your friends and raise a glass to the season at Friendsgiving at the Castle, a five-course fall dinner and craft cocktail tasting experience inside the Marta Louise Ballroom.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy five tasting courses, each paired with its own handcrafted seasonal cocktail. The food and cocktails are designed together, bringing the flavors of late fall to the table with apple, maple, cranberry, sage, bourbon, warm spices, and everything we love about Thanksgiving season.

Guests will dine together at our king’s banquet table, making this a true Friendsgiving celebration at the Castle.

Each food course is served as a tasting-size portion, with the courses becoming progressively more substantial throughout the evening. The fourth course serves as the heartier main course before finishing with dessert and our final cocktail tasting.

THE MENU & COCKTAIL TASTING

Course One

Harvest Apple & Brie Crostini
Toasted crostini topped with warm brie, spiced apple, candied pecans, and a drizzle of hot honey.

Cocktail Tasting: Orchard Welcome
Bourbon, apple cider, maple, lemon, and sparkling wine.

Course Two

Butternut Squash & Sage Bisque
Silky roasted butternut squash bisque finished with brown butter, crispy sage, and toasted pepitas.

Cocktail Tasting: Autumn Sage Sour
Gin, lemon, sage-honey syrup, and aromatic bitters.

Course Three

Cranberry-Glazed Pork Belly
Slow-braised pork belly with cranberry-orange glaze, sweet potato purée, and rosemary.

Cocktail Tasting: Cranberry Hearth
Vodka, cranberry, orange, rosemary, and ginger.

Course Four

Herb-Roasted Turkey Roulade with Bourbon Gravy
A heartier tasting portion of herb-roasted turkey roulade served over whipped Yukon Gold potatoes with savory cornbread stuffing, roasted fall vegetables, and bourbon-sage gravy.

Cocktail Tasting: The King’s Thanksgiving
Bourbon, maple, black walnut bitters, and an orange expression.

Course Five

Salted Caramel Pumpkin Cheesecake
Creamy spiced pumpkin cheesecake finished with salted caramel, candied pecans, and whipped cream.

Cocktail Tasting: After Dinner at the Castle
Espresso, vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, maple, and cinnamon.
