• What will my daughter get out of this workshop?

  This isn't just a craft workshop. We do fun hands-on activities where your daughter will learn practical skills for handling friendship challenges that most girls never get taught.

• What if my daughter is a bit nervous about coming?

  Very normal! I would suggest telling her it's a fun workshop where she'll make friendship bracelets, do creative activities and hang out with other girls her age. Once she's there, I think she'll love it. Most girls arrive feeling a little nervous and leave wishing it was longer :-)

• Is this just an arts and crafts workshop?

  This is more than just arts and crafts. The hands-on activities are intentional as they're designed to spark real conversations about friendship challenges in a way that feels fun for them. Your daughter will leave with practical strategies she can use immediately, not just a friendship bracelet.

• Who is heartful humans and why should I trust them with my daughter?

  I'm Annabel, founder of Heartful Humans. I'm a Youth Mentor and a Support Worker and I love working with young people. I'm passionate about giving girls earlier access to the tools I wish I'd had growing up and creating warm, safe spaces where tweens feel genuinely seen and heard.

• What if my daughter feels uncomfortable or doesn't enjoy it?

  Your daughter's comfort is my priority. She'll never be forced to participate in anything that feels too vulnerable or uncomfortable for her and she can take a break anytime she needs one. If something comes up during the workshop that concerns me, I'll let you know at pickup. And if she genuinely doesn't enjoy it, I'd love to hear your feedback.
