Frightfully Good Sunday Sessions - Psychic Personal Protection Techniques

This workshop will offer you so many wonderful techniques that you can use to elevate your vibrations.

That is our quest  - to elevate ourselves with personal spiritual protection techniques which will include smudging, visualisations, meditation and cleansing.

We will also look at our own psychic hygiene by exploring the chakras and mindset. This is something that must be done consistently - like bathing to keep our body clean, we must also make sure our minds and hearts are kept vibrating highly so that we can be our best.

This is an easy and friendly workshop with loads of information provided by the "Frightfully Good' team of Anne Rzechowicz and Renata Daniel both of whom are seasoned and experienced investigators who have dealt with many call outs to alleged hauntings. They are international guest speakers and run workshops on all different spiritual and paranormal subjects.

Tickets are $60 per person and all you need is to bring yourself and a good ear to listen to all the information we will be sharing on the day.
