Event description
Frock IT! is a writer's party with a fashionable twist!
In conjunction with the Dunedin Writers and Readers Festival, this is a Social function for writers and readers to mingle.
The event includes platters of fresh, local cuisine, entertainment, dance party music and great deals on the cash bar.
Be entertained between sets with well-known performance poets and stand-up comedians.
Word and music loving adults and youth are all welcome.
Our 2020 event won The Project's Best Event in their "Whip Around" challenge!
About Dunedin
Dunedin is New Zealand's only UNESCO City of Literature, so it's where writers come to read, write, learn, eat, play and stay. It’s also the home of the Dunedin Writers and Readers Festival, which brings local, national and international writers to Dunedin to celebrate words, stories and ideas.
