Event description

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I thought my biggest battle would be the treatment. What I did not expect was the exhaustion, anxiety, and burnout that followed, and how much my nervous system needed healing before I could truly recover my energy.

In this inspiring and practical session, I will share the three powerful practices that helped me move from constant fatigue to a life of calm energy and resilience:

  • Healing the nervous system with EFT tapping and breath work

  • Mindful eating to fuel body and mind

  • Sleep hygiene as a non-negotiable for health and longevity

Whether you are looking to prevent illness, support recovery, or simply feel more balanced in your daily life, these tools will help you take the first steps toward vibrant health from the inside out.
