James brings over 20 years of tech experience—spanning cyber security, productivity, analytics, and AI. He’s passionate about systems that actually help people get work done. Known for his focus on craftsmanship, customer obsession, and a bias to action, James helps organisations build tools that support thinking and doing—better.

Outside of work, James is a proud dad of three daughters and recharges through his love of sport. These days that means more running, skiing, and outdoor adventures than football—but the competitive edge remains.
