In this Sunday afternoon gathering, we invite you to try new ways of expression and expansion, setting yourself free.

It is not for the fainthearted but for the courageous souls that want to dive deeper and feel freedom from within.

We guide you through writing, sound and toning activities that allow you to release old, stagnant cell memories, and move ahead with more creativity, flow, and ease.

We will also offer a guided sound meditation journey at the end to assist with integrating the gifts of our gathering. A very gentle and nourishing journey through sound, which incorporates light language activations for this particular focus.

Blanche De Winter (PURE Communications) and Deniz Akan (Dimensional-Healing) are again collaborating to activate a container that holds and nourishes you.
