What is the illuminate Impact Lab?
Designed by Adam Mostogl, this dynamic and immersive workshop is designed to empower individuals and teams from across our community to take your ideas and create action-orientated plans for implementation.

Across the day, you’ll cover topics that include;
- Discussion around what it takes to be an effective leader and drive change,
- Focus on design-thinking approach to new ideas and innovative solutions,
- Capacity building in gaining collaboration, funding and support,
- Providing evidence that your idea will lead to real change,

The illuminate Impact Lab is perfect for those who are looking to launch their first impact idea for the community, with a specific focus on;
- Community group leaders looking to do something new,
- Young leaders who are eager to step up,
- People with ideas that often don’t get considered by others,
- Anyone interested in taking an idea to the next level.
Who is delivering the workshop?
The illuminate Impact Lab is designed and delivered by Adam Mostogl, who is a multi-award winning entrepreneur who is helping lead projects on an international scale, including helping run the world’s largest innovation lab for the Sustainable Development Goals, has delivered education programs to over 20,000 students across Australia, helping over 1000 people start their own business and running Tasmania’s first social impact incubator.
What it costs
Community champions, Non-profit organisations and charities are the lifeblood of local communities. They should have access to the most up-to-date and affordable training to help them achieve their goals.
That’s why this workshop is only $15 plus booking fee, thanks to the support of Regional Development Australia Barossa Gawler Light Adelaide Plains and the Department of Primary Industries and Regions SA.
