This series, From Freeze to Flow, will offer embodied ways out of being frozen, stuck, or paralyzed; This series will also introduce and offer guided practices that bring us back into a sense of aliveness, connection, movement, and creative flow.

The culture of this group is grounded in saying No to oppression, "perfection" and performance culture—and Yes to what restores our wholeness, aliveness, interconnectedness, and joy. Offerings are guided by nature, by consent, and by the wisdom of our ancestors who turned to community in dark times to help tend the spark of life and nurture ourselves and each other.

Covid: This workshop and song circle is for Covid-cautious participants (masks and negative rapid test required, or we will Pooltest; HEPA filtration provided).

Disclaimer: This is a community practice space, not therapy! However, it is trauma informed, and consent-centered: everything offered is an invitation, not a direction - you can always choose to participate or observe. Facilitation is rooted in collective care and liberation practices like Somatics, Psychodrama, and Interplay.

Important note:
Please aim to arrive by 3 PM to settle in, as the circle will open promptly and end at 7 pm. The door will be locked at 3:15 PM and you will not be able to get in if you come at that time or later.
