From Grief and Loss to Purpose and Meaning
Description

From Grief and Loss to Purpose and Meaning
Twelve weeks. Approximately 90min per session. Live online via Zoom.
What is this?
A ten-week journey through the full arc of grief — from what was taken to what becomes possible. Each session combines teaching, silence, reflection, group sharing, and a letter-writing practice that builds week by week into something you will carry with you long after the course ends.
Who is it for?
Anyone who is carrying a loss — recent or old, named or unnamed. You do not need to know what you lost. You do not need to be ready to let it go. You only need to be willing to look at it honestly, in the company of others who are doing the same.
What to bring:
Before Week 1 you will be asked to gather four objects that will travel the course with you — a journal, a special envelope, a photograph of yourself from before the loss, and a small object that represents what was taken. Full details sent on registration.
The structure:
Part One: The Weight — Weeks 1 to 5. Descent, honesty, the letter written to grief itself, and a sealing ceremony at Week 6.
Part Two: The Future — Weeks 6 to 10. Emergence, identity, purpose, meaning, and a witnessing at Week 12.
