Our gathering takes place at a compelling astrological crossroads. The Sun has entered Scorpio, a sign associated with transformation, emotional honesty, and the courage to look beneath the surface. During our evening practice, the Moon moves through Aries, symbolizing vitality, initiative, and trust in our own direction.
Venus also meets the Sun in Scorpio during the workshop—an alignment known as Venus cazimi. In astrological tradition, this meeting symbolizes renewal in matters of love, beauty, relationships, and self-worth. Together, these themes offer a meaningful invitation:

At the heart of this experience is Nabhi Kriya for Prana and Apana, a Kundalini Yoga sequence focused on the navel center and the interplay of two vital currents described in yogic tradition: prana, associated with receiving and sustaining life, and apana, associated with downward movement, elimination, and release.
Through movement, conscious breath, mantra, and focused awareness, we will explore the balance between receiving nourishment and releasing what feels stagnant: awakening our inner fire while remaining grounded in our center. Drawing inspiration from Ayurveda’s seasonal emphasis on warmth, rhythm, and nourishment, we will pair activation with receptivity and deep rest. Together, these practices invite us to cultivate steadiness, meet change with greater presence, and reconnect with what truly sustains us.

Sound Healing & Integration

As movement gives way to stillness, the evening will conclude with an immersive sound journey, inviting you to soften, settle into spacious rest, and integrate the practice. The soundscape will weave together the Grotta Sonora Dream Catcher Gong, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Native American Flute, Elk Hide Shamanic Drum, and Didgeridoo. Resting in stillness and vibration, you are invited to surrender effort and simply receive.
Throughout the evening, we will make space to:

Reconnect with the heart’s values, desires, and true commitments
Reflect on the relationships and patterns ready for transformation

No previous Kundalini Yoga, meditation, or sound healing experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.
