🕐 1:00pm - 2:00pm (AWST)
💻 Online via Zoom
🎟 FREE (Registration essential)
This free and practical Act Local workshop will help community groups design great projects - and clearly show the difference they make. You’ll learn how to define meaningful outcomes, plan for success from the start, and measure what matters (without overcomplicating things!).
What we’ll cover:
✅ How to define the real-world change you’re working toward
✅ How to design your initiative to achieve that change
✅ How to use logic models and theories of change to map your pathway to success
✅ Simple, powerful ways to measure progress and tell (and sell!) your impact story
You’ll walk away with simple, effective tools that you can immediately apply to project planning, reporting, and grant applications - plus the confidence to communicate your impact clearly to funders, partners, and your community.
