From Kosciuszko to the Coast! (Tintaldra Hotel Degustation Dinner)

Kosciuszko Wines is owned by Bill Mason and family and was established in 2004 by winemaker Chris Thomas who worked closely with Bill who launched the wines in Canberra and Southern NSW.
Today the grapes for Kosciuszko Wines are sourced from Juliet Cullen’s Excelsior Peak Vineyard on Jingellic Road Tumbarumba. Juliet is a pioneer grape grower in Tumbarumba and winemakers are Greg Gallagher making the sparkling wine and Robert Bruno and Alex McKay who make the white and red wines.
Kosciuszko won the Trophy for the Best Sauvignon Blanc in NSW at the NSW Wine Awards with many other Medals and positive reviews over the last two years.
This evening will showcase the best of Kosciuszko Wines, matched with the best seafood and beef from the far New South Wales south coast. A five-course menu will be created to take you on a culinary journey from fresh oysters to beef, even finishing with an authentic Indian dessert! One night only and seating will be very limited.
