FAQs

Do I need to be a manager to come?
Nope. This workshop is for anyone in a leadership role - whether that’s managing a team, running a business, or leading a project or community.

If you’re responsible for people, ideas or outcomes, you’re in the right place. If you want to step up into leadership, this will be a helpful workshop as well.

What if I’m an introvert or hate group stuff?
Same, I’m a huge introvert! This is not about awkward icebreakers or being put on the spot.

You’ll have plenty of space for solo reflection, with optional group chats that are low pressure and casual.

Will there be a recording or online option?
No — this is a live, in-person experience only. It’s designed to get you out of your day to day so you can actually focus and get clarity (without work emails stealing your attention every 5 minutes).

What if I can’t make it anymore?
Refunds are only available up to seven (7) days before the workshop and then no refunds will be given, because it will impact the venue and catering fees.

You can transfer your registration to someone else if you can’t make it and you know someone else who would like to take your spot instead.

Is lunch included?
Yes, as the workshop runs from 9:30-3pm, lunch and light snacks will be included. There is also unlimited tea and coffee available at the venue.

Should I bring anything?
No you don’t need to. You will get a pen and workbook as part of the workshop. You are of course welcome to bring your own notebook and pen if you prefer to use what you like.
