Incorporating sustainable seafoods, local dairies, bushtucker and locally foraged flora to enhance the flavours - this years Curated Plate event will be the company's best year yet.
This experience will not only satisfy the taste buds, but guests will embark on a cruise through the sparkling waterways of Mooloolaba learning about local ecology, sustainability and culture.
Local companies/products incorporated into the menu include; Beachtree Distillery, My Dilly Bag, Green Valley Finger Limes, Buderim Ginger, Kennilworth Dairy, Fable Co., Daniel St Fish Market, Fraser Isle. Spanner Crab, Kawana Farmer's Market.
$99 p/p includes 2 hour cruise, 5 courses and 1 glass of sparkling or local Jarrah Boy beer.
