Event description

This is more than just a yoga class, it's a journey to awaken your elemental nature.

Many wisdom traditions teach us that we are nature — that there is no separation. That we are intimately connected to the mountains, the rivers and the oceans, and that strengthening these connections offers a gateway to deeper presence, greater self-understanding and enhanced wellbeing.

This practice has been designed to honour this deep connection to nature, the wisdom of our ancestors, and the energies that connect us all.

Together, we'll take a collective journey from the mountains, to the river, to the ocean. Guided by elemental energies, we'll move from strength, to fluidity, to expansion. A sacred weaving of embodied yoga, meditation, somatic exploration, inspiring sound and free writing.

A place to honour and remember who you are.

Your Guide - Bridget Schaeffers
Inspired by over 10 years of practice and study in yoga, meditation, and self-enquiry, Bridget is devoted to sharing the Eastern wisdom that has guided her journey back to Self. She creates sacred containers that inspire clarity, self-devotion, and presence. Her gift is to illuminate our innate wholeness and remember the beauty, wisdom, and presence available to us in each moment

Yoga props
Please bring a mat and any other yoga props to support your practice. There will be a small selection of mats, blocks, blankets and eye pillows available onsite on a first in, first served basis! If you don't have a yoga mat, please reach out.
