FROM MUM MODE TO CEO MODE

Where Motherhood Meets Ambition

What happens when you’re a mum and you’re building something of your own?

Join us for an inspiring evening bringing together ambitious mums, founders and entrepreneurs for honest conversations about building a business while navigating motherhood.

The evening will feature a panel discussion with three inspiring mum founders, sharing their real stories, lessons, challenges and what it actually takes to grow a business while raising a family.

But it’s not just about the panel.

There’ll be plenty of time before and after the discussion to connect, chat and build genuine relationships with other mums in business.

Panel line up:

Bridgette Gale - Bridgette is an entrepreneur and mum of two who launched her first business, swimwear brand Amore + Sorvete, at just 21. By 24, she had opened three retail stores and went on to grow the brand internationally over 14 years, selling through major US retailers and collaborating with Emily Ratajkowski. After three decades in the sun and becoming a mum, Bridgette began noticing the effects of sun damage and started looking at self-tanning differently. Wanting to turn it into a slow moment of self-care, she saw a gap for a luxury, skincare-led self-tan brand and created Elacia. Launched in December 2025, elacia has sold out twice since launching nine months ago, proving that starting again can sometimes be the beginning of something even bigger.
