Is your business building wealth for you today, or someday?

And if you're honest, is 'someday' actually a plan, or just a hope?

Most business owners should progress through all 3 stages of the journey. Very few do.

It's not about the size of the business. It's not about the revenue. It's not about how long you've been at it.

Most are stuck in the Owner Operator stage without knowing it. Working hard, staying busy, calling it progress. Some make the shift to Business Owner. Very few ever truly become an Entrepreneur.

The gap between each stage isn't time. It's the deliberate decision.

Stage 01. Owner Operator

The brand is you. Clients buy you, not the business. Take 4 weeks off and the business slows. 60+ hours a week. Season: Harvest and Famine.

Stage 02. Business Owner

The brand is the company. People run the business. Profit becomes deliberate, not leftover. 25 hours a week. Season: Profit First and Wealth Creation.

Stage 03. Entrepreneur

The brand is investor and advisor. Your name becomes currency and you start backing the businesses. 8 hours a week. Season: Succession and Legacy.

Over lunch

Ando will walk you through the 7 Essentials, the framework he uses with his own mentoring clients, and exactly where each one sits on the journey from Owner Operator to Entrepreneur.

Nobody drifts from one stage to the next. Every jump is deliberate. It takes courage, sacrifice and a real shift in how you think about yourself, your business and what you're actually building toward.

He'll cover why building personal wealth through the business has to be intentional, not whatever's left over at the end of the financial year.

Plenty of room for questions throughout. Bring your real ones.
