Recycle your pots, make your own potting mix and pot your own cuttings to take home!
Event description
PLASTIC POT RECYCLING, MAKE YOUR OWN POTTING MIX and PROPOGATING CUTTINGS will run concurrently. Join for one, or do them all!!!Â
PLASTIC POT RECYCLING approx 1.15 pm to 1.40pm
If you have any used pots that are waiting to be reused, bring them to the Demonstration Garden and join in the fun of washing, drying and sterilising (with biodegradable detergent and antiseptic eucalyptus oil) those gritty old pots (so that they are ready to use again).
Take your clean pots home again, swap with someone else to get ones the right size for your next project, or, leave the ones you don't need for our next project.
Follow on workshops if you want to make potting mix and strike plant cuttings (in your pot).
