Event description
In December of 2023, Across the Disciplines published a special issue on ePortfolio practice within unique disciplinary and professional configurations. In this 75-minute webinar, contributors from the special issue will share their ePortfolio research, including how the findings can be applied in ePortfolio assignments and programs.
After a brief introduction, attendees will participate in two breakout room rounds to learn about conducting ePortfolio research in their local context and applying research to ePortfolio practice. Breakout room topics will include
- Getting started with ePortfolios
- Labor and ePortfolios
- Authentic ePortfolio assessments
- Student wellbeing
- EPortfolios in STEM
- Student voice and choice
Attendees will then come back together to reflect and identify next steps and takeaways. We will end by promoting upcoming ePortfolio events.
