This first chakra establishes the foundation for our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. In this workshop, we will explore the ancestral wisdom of Muladhara and how it influences our identity, family, community, and our ability to stay grounded and balanced in the world.

Activate your Root Chakra through intentional movement, grounding yourself in the energy of safety and stability. Engage in group exercises to release inherited beliefs and strengthen emotional connections. Experience a guided meditation to reconnect with your foundation, bringing a deep sense of security and balance. Take home a practical task to stay grounded daily, and chant a mantra to harmonize your energy. Enjoy a special infusion and learn to recognise the signs of balance and imbalance in your energy.
