This event is the first of our Chakra Journey series. In each session we will guide you through the wisdom and components of each energy center, providing you with tools for self regulation and creating a path of self-discovery and connection.

The Root Chakra - Muladhara, located at the base of the spine, is the foundational energy of our existence, connected to survival, security, and our connection to the Earth. This first chakra establishes the foundation for our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. In this workshop, we will explore the ancestral wisdom of Muladhara and how it influences our identity, family, community, and our ability to stay grounded and balanced in the world.

Join us for a Transformative 2-Hour Experience

Activate your Root Chakra through intentional movement, grounding yourself in the energy of safety and stability. Engage in group exercises to release inherited beliefs and strengthen emotional connections. Experience a guided meditation to reconnect with your foundation, bringing a deep sense of security and balance. Take home a practical task to stay grounded daily, and chant a mantra to harmonize your energy. Enjoy a special infusion and learn to recognise the signs of balance and imbalance in your energy. Reconnect with your base, and let the Earth support you.
