Fri, 6 Nov, 12pm - 12pm AEDT

Description

Most organisations now invest in HR systems and analytics, yet few turn that data into decisions leaders act on. Drawing on senior roles leading people data, systems and analytics at NAB, Commonwealth Bank and GlaxoSmithKline, Dr Philip Gibbs explains what really drives HR analytics adoption: the HRIS and data foundations it runs on, the stakeholders who back or resist it, and the gap between reporting and genuine analytics. He also examines how AI is changing the field, why it amplifies weak data rather than fixing it, and what this means for graduates.
