Most organizations set goals each year, but far fewer actually achieve them. In this interactive workshop we will explore how miscommunication, siloed structures, and unclear rhythms can derail progress. And we’ll work on practical strategies for improving your team’s effectiveness in reaching the goals that you set.
When done right, goal setting is a transformational process that sets key measures of success and pairs it with aligned actions to enable your mission forward. Join us for this interactive workshop - From Talk to Action: How To Execute On Your Goals.
You will:
- Learn to set practical and effective goals
- Learn to embed goals in every action
- Learn accountability measures
- Learn to reference your organization’s roadmap so you can anticipate when goals can realistically be met
- Connect with other social impact leaders to hear their experiences and strategies
- Understand levels of alignment and action when goal setting
- Create action plans for 1-2 organizational goals
In-person event + Food
- The event will be held at SVP Denver’s office (with ample free parking)
- We will provide coffee and breakfast burritos!
