ABOUT
SEAL PRINCE AND THE ROOF RATS
At the edgewaters of Corio Bay, where suburbia and industry fuse into the place now known as Geelong, dwell Seal Prince and the Roof Rats.
Inspired by the salty sea and basalt plains of Wadawurrung country, they sing forth stories of joy and bliss, grief and struggle.
This five piece folk-rock ensemble offer a heart-felt and life-affirming dive into the depths of the civilised human experience.
DANIEL AARON
From the Victorian Surfcoast, Daniel Aaron is an indie-roots outfit - soulful, bare-footed, hard-
boiled. He’s got groove tighter than the federal climate budget, rhythm raucous enough for the toilet
paper aisle mid-lockdown and style harder to pin than a chip packet in the wind. Centered in earnest
lyricism and the rhythm of the yidaki (didgeridoo), Daniel’s songs will have you doting on beloved
people, revering the landscape, and dancing with zest.
IMMY OWUSU
Described as 'The Very Definition Of Culture Clash' (Don Letts BBC6 Radio) Immy Owusu (oh-woo-sue) is a captivating live performer that brings a melting pot of global influences that spans psychedelic rock, soul and West African roots.
HIGH PLACES
Ross (guitar), Cal (vocals/guitar), Mason (bass) and Shae (drums) draw on their eclectic musical interests and western suburbs upbringing to bring you High Places.
