Melbourne Water proudly presents the Inaugural From the Ground Up Film Festival

at Cinema Nova Carlton

Join us as we light up the big screen with eight inspiring films exploring the efforts of volunteers working for the environment.

With special guest MC Costa Georgiadis

Featuring the storytelling expertise of Grassland Films the film series showcase the importance of community stewardship in bettering the environment.

From the Ground Up celebrates the stories of eight environmental groups, their drive and impact and the dedication and passion environmental volunteers pour into their work.

We will also have a panel session with our special guest MC, talented filmmakers and exceptional volunteers.

Movie refreshments will be provided.

The launch follows the Victorian Landcare Awards at Marvel Stadium.
