Join Samantha for 2hrs of exploration of the wonderful world of herbs and how they can be used to build and nourish our mind, body and soul. 

Using your intuition, we discover the medicinal, magical, and spiritual qualities of the herbs and the ways we can incorporate them into our everyday lives.

This workshop focuses on giving thanks to the Winter months and welcoming in the season of Spring. We will be exploring herbs that cleanse and invigorate the body after the long winter darkness. This long-table event is all about the early signs of Spring and how we can honour this part of our inner and outer cycle.

- Guidance from a qualified Naturopathic Herbalist

- Journey with your senses as we delve deeper into 6 different herbs (each workshop is unique)

- Make and take your very own herbal tea blend using the finest organic herbs, barks, roots and florals
