Join Samantha for 2hrs of exploration of the wonderful world of herbs and how they can be used to build and nourish our mind, body and soul.

Using your intuition, we discover the medicinal, magical, and spiritual qualities of the herbs and the ways we can incorporate them into our everyday lives.

This workshop focuses on the season of Winter and the herbs that can support us during the shorter days. We will be exploring herbs that nourish our nervous system and warm us up from the inside out. This long-table event will celebrate the passing Winter Solstice and the holiday of Yule.

- Guidance from a qualified Naturopathic Herbalist

- Journey with your senses as we delve deeper into 6 different herbs

- Make and take your very own herbal tea blend using the finest organic herbs, barks, roots and florals
