Dear @FirstName,

I'm excited that you have made the decision to attend @EventName . I'm looking forward to reconnecting and hearing how your work has been going since we last met. Here are some confirming details again about the workshop you have just booked. Please make sure that you also check out the Terms and Conditions of this workshop so that you are familiar with the cancellation policies.

Venue : Kirra Hill Community and Cultural Centre - 1 Garrick Street, COOLANGATTA QLD. We will be meeting on Yugambeh land. We will be meeting in the Great Hall, which is upstairs, accesible via a lift or stairs. There will be signs on the day to support you to find the space. It is a small campus so you won't get lost. It is the same space where we worked together on the first workshop. Situated overlooking Kirra Beach this relaxed and tranquil space is the perfect venue for our two day workshop. If you are flying in from interstate the venue is a 10min uber trip from the Gold Coast Airport. Coolangatta is the southern most coastal town on the Gold Coast, bordering NSW. There are a whole range of accommodation options in the area from Airbnb to a range of hotel and motel accommodations. If you are travelling from Brisbane in the North or Byron from the south you might want to consider booking somewhere overnight so you can have a little bit of a break for yourself at the same time. There is parking on the property and on the street outside the venue.

Dates: This workshop will be from Tuesday July 20, 2027 to Wednesday July 21, 2027- 9am-4.00 pm for both days. There will be breaks for morning and afternoon tea as well as a 45 minute lunch break. All refreshments , morning and afternoon teas and lunch are provided as part of the registration fee. Please let me know if you have any special dietary requirements so that I can accomodate these in the catering. If you completed this at the time of booking that will suffice. This workshop offers 12 hours of Continuing Professional Development.

What to bring: Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. Please bring your yoga mat , pillow and light blanket with you. Of course, if there is anything else you like to bring that supports you to feel comfortable and supported please bring these items with you. If you are travelling from interstate please let me know and I can provide a yoga mat, blanket and bolster for your use through the 2 day workshop. This was an option when booking but if you didn't take it up please email me to request some gear. There will be considerable movement exploration over the 2 days so it's important you have what you need so you can feel as comfortable as possible. You will be provided with a training manual so please bring a pen with you. Approximately a fortnight before as well as the week before you will receive a reconfirmation from me around the workshop . In the interim if you have any further questions that might arise between now and when we meet on July 21, then please email me. I look forward to meeting and working with you.

Thanks and warmest wishes
