Nature Fest: Vine to Glass at NGERINGA
Event description
Join NGERINGA co-owner Janet Klein for an intimate, behind-the-scenes tour of the NGERINGA property, followed by a wine tasting with food accompaniment.
The morning begins with a personal tour of our famed Summit Vineyard. This is the site, recently awarded 'Vineyard of the Year'* where NGERINGA grows the fruit for their premium biodynamic Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Guests will learn about the art of growing premium cool climate fruit, the philosophy of biodynamics, and NGERINGA's extensive revegetation projects.
Upon returning to the winery, guests will be guided through a bespoke tasting of some of NGERINGA’s best current and back release wines.
The tasting is accompanied by a curated selection of snacks created by Chef Shannon Fleming, using biodynamically grown ingredients from the NGERINGA farm.
