Ali has worked in AI long before the current wave of hype. Over seven years, she has designed voice agents and automation systems across sales, retail, and membership rewards, contributing to AI initiatives that saved contact centres over $200 million. She specialises in prompt design, conversational flows, and evaluation frameworks.
