Frost Fit 2024: Saturday Runs with Midnight Runners
Event description
On three Saturdays as part of Frost Fit, we’ll host a one-hour casual and conversational run along the Esplanade. We will have a few different pace groups to accommodate a range of paces from about 7:30-10 minute/mile and covering about 5-7 miles along the Charles.
No equipment or experience required. Lastly, please dress accordingly and arrive 15 minutes prior to the workout. It will be cold outside, but we are bringing the heat!
Please cancel if you are no longer able to attend. By registering, you automatically sign the electronic waiver to participate in this Frost Fit Presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts fitness class.

Midnight Runners is a global running community that aims to connect people through fun and fitness. In Boston, we host Tuesday night bootcamp runs around the Charles with music and a post-run social. We also host long runs on Sundays and special party runs throughout the year. FROST FIT CANCELLATIONS
In the event of extreme weather or other hazardous conditions, the Esplanade Association will email all participants and post a cancellation notice. Please follow our social media accounts Twitter (@EsplanadeBoston)/ Facebook page (@EsplanadeBoston) / Instagram (@EsplanadeInBoston) to keep up to date about potential class cancellations.

Directions to Fiedler Field:
Cross the Fiedler Footbridge and continue walking straight past the Esplanade Playspace. There will be a footbridge across from the Playspace. Continue across that footbridge, Fiedler Field will be across from a dock next to a statue of head.
