As our weekend in Miami for Rum Congress 2025 wraps up, join us for one final gathering of Rum Friends at Bamboo Room by Trader Vic's in the heart of Miami Beach!  Palm Republic Rum Cocktail Specials will be featured as well as the opportunity to learn more about the inspiration for the rum from Eric Winter, Co-Founder of Palm Republic, along with his wife, Roselyn Sánchez.
