Your experience at this renowned family owned, expansive exotic fruit farm starts with a guided walk, harvesting and tasting through the various orchards with a spiked farm juice made with fresh farm fruits and Birds of Isle bunya nut rum helping to set the tone. Stop off for fruity icy pops served in cones from their mobile ice-cream cart.
Your walk culminates in a private, long table lunch in the Macadamia Orchard where you’ll be dazzled by the signature vibrant flavours of in-house head chef Armando Enriquez Icaza. Leaning into his Mexican heritage and the Tweed’s cultural influences, he will direct his cleverly crafted lunch menu punctuated by the seasonal fruits from the farm – fresh, fermented, pickled, sweetened and astutely spiced. Feel the sense of appreciation and connection to the land and taste the hyperlocal abundance with every mouthful.
