Please Read before Visiting the Green Connect Farm

Green Connect farm is a working farm

There are risks associated with visiting the Green Connect farm that all visitors must be aware of. These risks include uneven terrain, slip/trip hazards, dangerous equipment and others. Visitors enter the site at their own risk and all children must be supervised whilst on site.

On our farm, we have pigs, sheep, goats, chickens, bees, the occasional snake and macadamia trees. Please notify us if you or anyone in your group is allergic and ensure you pack your EpiPen.

We have two composting toilets that all visitors are welcome to use. Please be aware that the facilities are very basic.

All workshop participants must:

Wear enclosed shoes or boots (no thongs or sandals please) and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Long pants are recommended.
Bring a hat and sunscreen or rain gear, depending on the weather forecast.
Bring a pen/pencil and paper if you wish to take notes.

Getting here

Your workshop will take place in our education hub at 6 Anna Avenue, Warrawong. There is a small sign at the end of the driveway, but be aware that it can be hard to find! We recommend using a GPS if you have one. Please park on the street. At this stage, we're unable to allow parking inside the farm gates.

Please arrive 10 minutes early

When you arrive, come through the gate and meet us in the education space (accessible through the bamboo fence near the entrance). We will ask you to sign in and invite you to grab a cup of tea/coffee before we get started.

Weather notice

Rain or shine, the Green Connect farm is a wonderful place to visit. Please make sure to come prepared for the weather. We don't cancel events in wet weather unless there is a dangerous storm. Getting wet or muddy is all part of the fun!

COVID-19 Important Information

To ensure our visitors are safe while visiting the farm, we have put in place several measures in keeping with NSW Government guidelines.

Please do not visit Green Connect Farm if you’re unwell, have experienced cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days, or have returned from overseas in the last 14 days. If you need to postpone your visit, please let us know ASAP. You can postpone your tickets once in the case of illness. All other cancellations are non-refundable within 24hrs of the tour.
