Peter Wright is the Managing Director of Global Hospitality Group, with more than 18 years of leadership delivering strategic foodservice and hospitality solutions across major global projects.

His experience spans mega sporting events, large-scale continuous feeding programs, international hospitality developments and sustainable kitchen design, from greenfield concept through to operational delivery.

Peter has worked across the Middle East, Asia, the UK, Australia and the Pacific, supporting projects that require highly scalable kitchen operations and complex procurement strategies.

His work in elite athlete catering and Olympic-scale foodservice provides unique insight into the planning, pressure and logistics required to deliver hospitality at the highest level.
