Ignite the senses, with a fiery night of hot food, great music and bold, passionate wines. Indulge in smoked and flame-grilled dishes, brimming with spicy flavours. Plus, special tips on cooking with fire from Simon Taylor of High on Fire Smoking Co and insight on pairing wines with smoked meats by Leah Clearwater of Flametree. Bubbles and whites for anyone who needs to turn the heat down just a little. Spot prizes on the night as well!
