We'll begin with a relaxed community run led by The Local Run Club, before heading to Art of Recovery for a guided 60-minute contrast session. Move between the sauna and ice baths at your own pace as we guide you through the benefits of heat and cold exposure in a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment.

After your session, we'll refuel with a nourishing breakfast from The Farmers Daughter (coffee & breakfast)

No experience with contrast therapy is needed - just bring your swimwear, a towel and an open mind.
