There is so much information (and misinformation) on the internet about nutrition. How do we, as South Asian women, ensure we are eating a healthy diet?
Don't worry, we got you! Learn the basics of nutrition with a group of supportive women.
Kaur Sports x USYD Sikh Society x Allure by R will ensure a safe and supportive environment for you to learn about holistic nutrition.
We will go over:
🤔 Debunking nutrition myths,
🍛 How to meal plan and eat healthy on a South Asian diet,
🩸 How to account for the menstrual cycle and hormonal health,
🏃🏽♀️ How to ensure we are fuelling our body for exercise/movement,
🤓 Answer any questions you might have,
😋 And we'll finish off with healthy lunch!
What to wear/bring:
A notebook / laptop to write down notes.
