9am - Sacred Cacao and Sound Ceremony to open the heart chakra and connect with the highest intention for your body, your life and the flow of the day.
1st Chakra: Clearing, awakening and grounding the base chakra so your fullest self feels safe to land in your body and on earth. Releasing fears and creating the foundations, supporting the nervous system to feel safe to explore all your edges through the day and into your life.
1045 am Break outside to connect in the wonderland that is the wonderdome with fresh fruit for your light body.
11am - 2nd Chakra: Opening up your sacral chakra to support the processing of emotional energies releasing anger and creating space, balance and harmony to allow life-force creative energy to expand and flow freely.
3rd Chakra: Activating the solar plexus to bring through energies from the lower chakras, awaken fearlessness and reclaim all of your energy into your centre so you can bring your your dreams and visions into reality with unwavering confidence.

115pm - 4th Chakra: Awakening the heart chakra to a new kind of love. Opening the portals between dimensions to higher dimensional living in freedom, joy and unconditional love. Balancing masculine and feminine union within the heart space to create a magnetic and fulfilling life.
5th Chakra: Free up the throat chakra to awaken and amplify your vision and voice in the world. With the safety from the lower chakras and connection with the heart chakra your voice will speak freely from the heart and create ripples of impact through a higher resonance.
6th Chakra: Move from information to deep wisdom as you activate the third eye. Releasing the need to rely on the external for your source of direction and confirmation.
