FULL CIRCLE

Move • Release • Restore

A BodhiBody × Revitalise You Experience

Join us for a beautiful morning of movement, connection and restoration.

Full Circle is designed to take you on a journey — beginning grounded and connected, gradually building energy through mobility and movement, before slowing everything back down through stretch, release, yoga, meditation and sound.

GROUND → RISE → MOVE → RELEASE → RESTORE → RETURN

Full Circle. ♡

Over 1¾ hours, we'll move our bodies, breathe, release tension and create space to completely slow down.

You'll experience:

• Mobility and functional movement
• Flowing movement and stretch
• Breath and mindful connection
• Deep release
• Yin yoga
• Guided meditation
• Sound bath
• A little post-session treat to finish

This isn't about being fit, flexible or experienced.

Everything can be adapted to suit different levels.

It's simply an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and give yourself some time to move, breathe and reconnect.

And I'd love you to share it.

Bring your partner. Bring your mum. Bring your sister. Bring a friend.

Come together or come on your own — you'll be welcomed into our BodhiBody community.
