Dear Beautiful Soul,

Join us for a rejuvenating Full-Day Spiritual Retreat where you can immerse yourself in a day of meditation, kirtan, and a hands-on Vegan/ Vegetarian cooking class. This retreat is designed to provide a holistic experience that nurtures your mind, body, and spirit.

#### Event Schedule:

*9:00 AM - 10:30 AM:* Welcome and Morning Meditation Session

Start your day with a guided meditation session to center your mind and prepare for the day ahead. Our experienced meditation instructor will guide you through techniques to enhance mindfulness and inner peace.

*10:30 AM - 11:00 AM:* Tea Break

Enjoy a refreshing herbal tea break and light snacks.

*11:00 AM - 1:30 PM:*

Vegan/ Vegetarian cooking class:

Learn the art of cooking healthy and flavorful vegetarian meals in our hands-on cooking class. Our expert chef will share tips and techniques for preparing delicious dishes that you can easily recreate at home.

Vegetarian Lunch

Savor a delicious and nutritious vegetarian lunch prepared with love. Our menu features a variety of wholesome dishes made from fresh ingredients.

**1.30PM to 2.30 pm **

Break and group dissuasion

*2.:30 PM – 3.30 PM:* How to connect your soul

*3:30 PM - 4:00 PM:* Afternoon Meditation Session

Relax and rejuvenate with a calming afternoon meditation session. This session will help you integrate the experiences of the day and deepen your sense of inner peace.

** 4:00 PM - 4:300 PM ** - Kirtan Session

Experience the bliss of kirtan, a devotional chanting practice that elevates the spirit and fosters a sense of community. Led by our talented musicians, this session will fill your heart with joy and serenity

*4:30 PM - 5:00 PM:* Closing Circle and Reflection

Gather with fellow participants to reflect on the day's experiences and share insights. This closing circle provides an opportunity to connect and build lasting friendships.

#### What to Bring:

- Comfortable clothing suitable for meditation and yoga

- A water bottle

- A notebook and pen for journaling

- An open heart and mind

Yogi Bishwanath is a meditation practitioner and spiritual master with many years of experience. He guides countless individuals on their journey toward inner peace and is passionate about sharing the transformative experience

Acarya Shuddhatmananda Avadhuta, a yogic monk from India has been teaching yoga and meditation from last 36 years in Ananda Marga, a socio-spiritual international organisation. He has been teaching yoga and meditation in India 10 years, North American countries for 13 years and last 14 years teaching yoga and meditation in Oceania countries.
